Always great for a comfortable day with the kids especially in winter thanks to the heated pool and sauna! The birthday party I had for my kids this winter was good except the chlorine was extremely over used, it affected some of us before we even got in the pool. As well a water aerobics class for those of older age with extremely loud music started in the middle of the party and took over the entire shallow end. Those in the class were verbally rude and even tried to keep them from holding on to the walls to get to the stairs, children who weren’t strong swimmers... so make sure you ask about the class schedules before booking!

I've been coming to the Milsop Community Center since I was a kid. It has changed so much over the years; and yet, it still is the same in many ways. There is something for every and all ages to do here. The center is further used as an emergency shelter for residents, and they have conference rooms available for meetings. I love the fact that this ENTIRE MONTH all Veterans are welcome at the Center FREE when they show their military identification. 🪖

"The Community Center is also currently holding their eighth annual Bob Bush Memorial Clothing Drive through November 12th. Bush, who served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam 🇻🇳 War originated the clothing drive as a way to assist local veterans by providing them with warm clothes ahead of the colder, winter months. He passed away in April 2020. The clothing drive he oversaw was named in his memory, with Weirton Parks & Recreation employee Ron Spencer, Army veteran, stepping in to make sure it continues. Those wishing to contribute are asked to bring their donations of new or gently used clothing to the main entrance of the community center, either in boxes 📦 or bags 🎒. In particular, officials note requests for new socks."

©️ The second paragraph contributed to compliments by the Weirton Daily Times Newspaper 📰 dated Thursday,...

It's a nice place and cheap, for a reason. The staff are awful. We went in and we wanted to take the kids swimming. We asked the guy how much under 3 is free. Kids are $3.50 and adults are $5. Paid and started walking in. To the right was a window with a guy in it texting. (Everyone texts at work, whatever) I asked the guy where the pool was. He had to finish his text before he told us where to go. We get to the pool. I have a 5yr old and a 1yr old. There were floatie toys. We grabbed one and gave it to my son. He's swimming with it and someone came out yelling, "hey, put those back, those are mine!" I guess they were being used for a swim class earlier. We left after being yelled at. I try to teach my kids to share and my son said, mom that's not nice, they have a lot and should share. I said I know baby. We proceeded out the door and told the guy he can keep his tickets he gave us to earn a free day pass told him what happened and he said, okay, sorry. Did not even care. Would NOT recommend this place to...

If I could give negative stars I would my family and I are having a hard time lately we reached out for help and I explained the situation and they agreed with severe attitude we were giving a time frame to arrive even tho we had to cross the state line we still made it with time to spare as we were getting out of the car a woman came out yelling saying they couldn't help us anymore saying we wasted to much time and saying they closed in 2 minutes 10 minutes before 8 while we was putting our things back in our vehicle a group of employees and other people gathered near the front door laughing joking and making fun of my family and at my autistic child I am verydisappointed in this distablishment communitys are supposed to help each other not tear down and apart needless to say we will not be returning nor will we recommend this hurtful...
