We were having some issues with our Suburban and Fritz Chevrolet came to the rescue. We live in Watertown, FYI. Not only did they come and pick up our vehicle, but they dropped off a loaner without us ever having to leave Watertown. We got a fair estimate for services in a timely manner, there was a clear line of communication about what was going on with our vehicle during every step of the process, and there were no surprises or unexpected costs. Truly remarkable customer service and an amazing experience despite an unfortunate event with our vehicle. They made it as painless as possible and I don't really see a need to shop for vehicles or get my vehicles serviced...

Camping here in Clear Lake 4 hours from home truck started acting up went Fritz's. The looked at truck right away and weren't going to let us leave until the problem was solved. Great customer service!!...
