This is a small department store center. It doesn't have a huge range of different things but it does have your basic wants and/or needs. To the left of the center, it has a recycling center that's often times too busy and two main grocery stores: Grocery Outlet and Safeway. Dollar Tree for those nifty slightly more than a $1 items to craft for peeps if it tickles your fancy.
For you fur-baby lovers, there's an animal supply store (whose name is escaping me) that hosts low-cost vaccines for pups and kitties once a month as well.
Rent-A-Center sits in the middle of the whole center for those who need a furniture makeover and don't mind paying top dollar with interest after 90 days.
The best part is the hole-in-a-wall DMV that's open only Thursdays for the simple transactions, such as registration renewal, fees, titles, etc. I have heard they are doing driving tests again but haven't confirmed myself so check before you drop by.

Burns Valley Mall is in the north west corner of an area known as Four Corners, a major shopping area in Clearlake. Within 4 Corners are the mall, an extensive hardware store and building materials center, Rite Aid, a major chain pharmacy, and a Big O tire store! I frequent Safeway and the discount grocery store that are located in Burns Valley Mall. Additionally, I shop at the Dollar Tree that's located at the complete opposite side from Safeway! There are many other stores and even a couple of restaurants...
