First thing, my first pcp there had to google my condition and had no clue what it was. Second thing, she left with no notice and I found out from another client Third, tried them again out of desperate necessity and the provider was an hour late, had to leave before I actually got the appointment done properly. The office workers, Drs and nurses are great. The pharmacy people not so much. If I could afford to go to a different one I would. Hollaring across the pharmacy asking what a medication is for and reiterating the price over and over is rude. They should just fill the prescription and ring it up.
