When I attended CrossFit Ooltewah, their coaches and members far exceeded my expectations! They were so inviting a supportive of me joining in on their workout of the day. I attended 2 of their workouts while visiting family in Chattanooga and I will defiantly be returning when I visit again. They will always be my gym family when I am in the area! They offer fitness classes for all levels and I encourage anyone who is avid about learning how to move better, get stronger and become a better version of themselves to check this place out.

The community they have, made me feel at home from day one and have been motivation to push myself each day. As a new comer it was intimidating at first but they have created a judgement free and safe space for all. The coaches are personable and know what they’re doing when it comes to explaining movements and making sure you’re doing them without possible injury. If there are exercises that you can’t do they know what alternatives will work better for what you’re capable of. The facility is quite spacious with plenty of equipment for use.
