Absolutely horrible approach from the staff . I use this place often and leave quiet lot of money there . This Saturday I wanted to do big shopping and used coupon for $40 online as many times before . At the end I asked if the coupon went trough but saw only $5 discount . It should be $10. So I asked for help , but the guy had absolutely rude approach and make excuse that their system is not updated. That doesn’t make any sense at all . This is big company ! So I asked for a manager. She came from back with her poker face and didn’t even respond my hello , which I had to repeat twice . Her attitude while way was that I didn’t use right coupon which I didn’t used first time . I asked her for name and she mumbled that with her head down. I know it started with Na .. This is the rudest person there . She was completely unhelpful and literally told me that she will not help with this . No proper communication whatsoever. She looked like she hate her job so if she don’t like it maybe is time for change . You all guys checked your receipts at the end always ! I asked for refund as I will never spend a cent there with this approach and rudeness . This place need new proper trained...

I want to thank the manager Najelly for assisting me with an issue I had with my pick up order . I asked the morning manager if she can still pack my order that was cancel due to system issues so I can just pay for it when I got there and manager told me okay. I told her I should be there within the hour. When I got there a rep told me that the manager said to advise me to come for my order when she was there.( as she had went to the bank) . I ended up going back in the evening thinking she will be there as rep told me manager will be there all day today. The morning manager wasn’t there and Najelly took her time to pack my order and my neighbor’s order ( my neighbor order i accidentally order at another store). Najelly customer service is amazing and she’s very empathetic and sweet. Thank you Najelly for your amazing work and great...

Great place for everything you need at a great price, last minute shopper's, and for shopper's who don't want to stray far from home.... I just wish the had more registers with conveyor belts it would make the line move so much faster...Especially if they had conveyor belts because there is not enough counter space to put everything up the for the cashier to ring up!!!! Oh and maybe make the bag a tad bit thicker as well, they break way...
