About 2 months ago I purchased a Catnapper voice activated, electric reclining love seat. I was concerned about the electric part and asked the gentleman at the counter about how he would handle any concerns about it not working. He told me he would take care of it if it stopped working within a reasonable timeframe. In 2 months it stopped working properly. I contacted the man on the 24th and he told me to call him Monday. So, I called him today, the 26th and he told me that he could fix it IF I brought it back to the store. I had to have it delivered when I made the purchase and would have to pay someone to deliver there to be fixed then pay someone else to bring it back to my home. The couch weighs a lot...it’s extremely heavy. It had to be put together when it was delivered. There is no way I could just ask someone to take it back to the store for me. There were several things that had to be done to put it together, the recliner came in pieces then several connections had to be made for the electrical part. I feel this was totally ridiculous for him to ask me to bring this back for repair. It’s not a watch or something easily carried. My parents purchased a couch set before the pandemic when they remodeled their home thinking this would be their final major furniture investment for their home. The couch began to peel not long after. They contacted the store owner where they bought this set and he stated that they would have to contact the manufacture since the warranty was only valid for one year. My mother has emailed the company several times for the past year to no avail. As you can see in the photos, this couch looks as though it has been abused for years! Even the back of the couch is peeling and flaking. My parents have no pets, no children are retired and travel most of the year to their second home out of state. I have read the reviews on BBB & Google and have realized that we are not the only costumers with this same issue. Nobody buys a couch set expecting to replace it...

Spent an hour looking at a leather sectional, sitting on it and measuring to see if it would fit our living room and told them we wanted to purchase it and had paperwork filled out and ready to give the lady the cash to be informed by who I assume is the owner that one is already sold.
