It's New Year's Eve, why in the heck does your front end personnel open up a line for one person? There are only 2 lines open to begin with. There are plenty of people standing there waiting to be checked out and I believe her name was Tanya decided to jump online to take one person. A guy came after her special guest and she says "no only her" It was rude, inappropriate and light weight disrespectful. This is why stores like this get a bad reputation. Security officer was seen bullying customer for two days while cashier when asked how's your day yells at the samae cutomee stating Of you don't start nothing it'll be fine.
