SRM Concrete — Local services in Cleveland

Today Monday October 30th at around 4pm, I was driving down Harvard, past Lee road, this company truck was driving in the bike lane, I was on the left of him driving in the driving lane, he ran me out of my lane and I almost ran into oncoming traffic. He drove in that bike lane for a while, then just bogarded his way in my lane, no warning, no turning signal, but even if he wanted to get over there was not any room. Equipment became loose on one of there trucks on 71N infront of me and cracked my windshield!! These trucks are not properly inspected before hitting the road !! Almost crashed into another car while trying to get behind it .. i actually drove to rockport after exiting the freeway and was pretty much laughed at me and gave me a number that said it was dispatching !!...
