Dollar General — Local services in Clifton Township

I’ve been shopping at this location for a little over a year. They’ve been helpful and courteous however recently I have had problems with using a couple of coupons and their instant offer savings they advertise in their circular and on their shelves. They didn’t want to honor the $3 off &15 instant off dollar deal with cottonelle And scott paper when I purchased paper products. I explained that the “instantly off” comes off instantly then the digital coupon would come off when I type in my phone number but I was met with attitude. Then She proceeded to act like she didn’t even know what “instantly off” meant.

I was really shocked at the attitude and lack of customer service my daughter and I received. This dollar general didn’t honor their savings they advertise. To add the cashier/floor manager doesn’t know their coupon policy. Some of us absolutely need to use the coupons and savings that some stores offer because they have limited funds. Maybe it’s time to go to a different dollar...

The store is really crowded and the clientele are rude. It's always very busy when I go, aaaaaand with the aisles having only enough space for 1 person it makes my trips uncomfortable. The store itself looks dirty and unorganized, with many items being left in random locations. The shelves are also picked through/empty.

The workers there are nice, and try their best. Never had an issue with fixing problems the register created by not processing a coupon or deal. The employees would always help...

quick needs??. Small store cramped . Rob the Manager was Rude. Glad he was replaced. AS of 9/1/2021 store is closed due to ... no one knows/ being directed to their Moscow Store.
