Lived in Shreve for 25 years, and my family always exclusively visited SH for all our hardware, home repair, and mechanical needs. That is until 2 years ago when my significant other went in to buy some washers and bolts, and as he was comparing products to the ones he brought in his pocket to compare for size.. the owner's son profiled him then to assume he was stealing parts. Instead of calling the police, small town cowboy decided to ASSAULT HIM and pushed him against a wall threatening him for stealing. My S/O was quick to point out the misunderstanding, and was kind enough to still buy from them before he left. But he did not get an apology until he was stepping into his car and they followed him outside, surely afraid of being sued.

My biggest regret is that I did not storm in there that day. But we have not been back and will NEVER...

I ordered vinyl flooring in December and still don't have it. I was called 2 weeks ago and told that pattern wasn't going to run until May. I picked new vinyl out after waiting four months to be told this. As of today my floor is still bare and I canceled the order.
