LynnPro — Local services in Clinton

I have been working with Becca Tate Richardson since 2013 (9 years ago). We have worked together on four different 5K's, (Fowler Fireworks Frenzy, RunRunRudolph, Frog-Hop Five, and Frog-Hop Frenzy), most of which repeat annually, for a total of 21 events. The first shirt design Lynn Pro created for us was the Fowler Fireworks Frenzy. We had a vague idea of a design, and the graphic artists took over from there and created eventually two more designs which have been repeated year after year for our other events. Each year the t-shirt color has changed, but the design has stayed the same, with the colors being tweaked to accommodate the color of our shirts for each particular year. And we consider those designs our trademark which gets used in all our advertising. We have absolutely no desire or need to make any changes because we love them all! They are US! However, perhaps our favorite Lynnpro design came about when we needed to combine the Fireworks Frenzy and the Frog-Hop into one event because of the havoc COVID brought to our scheduling of events. We asked Becca if the artists could combine aspects of the two races into a hybrid design, and it was perfect! The art crew really outdid themselves! But we told our participants at the time that this design was never going to re-appear and that their shirts were special keepsakes and a reminder of what happened to "normal" in 2020. In addition to the wonderful designs Lynnpro has generated for us, we have ALWAYS been completely satisfied with the efficiency with which Becca keeps us on track. She makes sure we meet the deadlines for orders to make sure we get our merchandise in plenty of time. Also, the entire ordering process is really smooth (of course, we have done it so many times!) and totally without any glitches for any of the events we have hosted. I would highly recommend Becca and Lynnpro for the great products they turn out (we have ordered coffee mugs, medals, and custom race bibs over the years in addition to our shirts). And the BEST part of all, is that once you start working with Becca, you quickly realize that she is not just working with you as a client, but that she treats and cares about you as a friend, and she is there for you because you know she wants YOUR event to be just perfect...

In August of 2017 Cassandra Lucy (of LynnPro) made a "cold call" to see if we were interested in trying their product. We took a chance and were very pleased. We used LynnPro every year to make our glow in the dark race shirts for our Halloween race. Last year, LynnPro failed to make good on our order and didn't make our glow in the dark t-shirts glow, especially receiving full payment prior to the order being processed.

We spent months going back and forth with LynnPro for their error and were promised about a dozen make up shirts (a fraction of what we ordered)but they were never sent or even made. Our race committee decided to give LynnPro an opportunity to do our shirts this year to see if it was a fluke as to what happened last year. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls, we have lost all communications with Liz and have decided not to partner with LynnPro going forward.
