I've been going here for 6 years and always gone for gifts, especially for balloons (for congratulations, it's a boy, thank you) and I went back in October for a it's a girl ballon. They treated me differently than many previous times as they didn't wanna help me! Today I go in there 15min before closing time and orderd a congratulations balloon. If I pay good money for a ballon I expect it to be at least decent. The congratulations balloon was on the left and the balloons on the right, nothing how it looked before or on the stand.
