Amazing costumer service from start to finish! We ordered our tuxedos from Tulle, and Kayla was so great at helping us decide on styles to match our perfect day. The guys all Looked great, pick ups and returns were easy and I didn’t have to worry about anything! Unfortunately, I had to get my bridesmaids dresses from a different location as Tulle was not yet open when we started looking, however, two Of my girls had problems with their dresses, and ended up ordering different ones from Tulle. I wish we could have gotten them all from there! They came very fast, and were both beautiful. After walking around the shop, it looks like she has several beautiful bridal downs as well! Kayla, the owner, is OUTSTANDING!!! I am a 6’1” woman in my mid-30’s, and was doubtful that a boutique would have anything that would fit me. I visited the largest retail bridal company the day before, and was really disappointed in them—they had me pick 3 styles I liked to help guide the search but then proceeded to bring me almost every style they carried to have me try on by myself.

Kayla provides as OPPOSITE an experience as possible! She is sweet, caring, genuine, and carries a LOVELY selection of dresses. My dress was even prettier in person than the pictures captured. I went here thinking I’d just be browsing and checking out a couple of other shops before saying yes and having a Pinterest board cluttered with dresses that were all over the place of different styles, she took a peek at it and pulled a handful of dresses that matched my board perfectly, just to learn that my Pinterest board wasn’t at all what I wanted. Once we figured that out she brought me the dress I ended up falling in love with and once I saw it on I just knew it was the one. After finding the one I still continued to try on another 5-10 dresses just to make sure it really was the one.
