Cloverdale Agri Center Inc — Local services in Cloverdale

First want to say been a customer for around 10 years. Up until recently been pleased with front counter help and mill staff. Recently the lady at the front counter is a little out of control. They state due to covid-19 you have to place our order in advance. But i am only available to pick up on certain days when off work instead of when they call me in a few days. Finally got them to let me order and tell them when I would be able to pick it up. When I picked it up they charged me for new bags. They charged me for more than I received. After noticing when I got home I call back in a few days and informed them I was mischarged and didn't think they should be passing the charges on since they are the one forcing customers to order ahead. The counter person cut me off and said it happens we will just credit your account.

I don't understand why they can have checks and balances after all it was ordered ahead, have the people making order balance with the paper order, hello. Any way I informed her I may not be coming back so just mail me the refund. She then lunched into crazy mode. I told her I didn't want to hear new bags and order ahead is covid-19 related since everyone is sanatizing for it so I got it is mad cow related. I don't understand they don't sanatize each truck load that comes in or store it in different bins. Anyway it is unfortunate that after years I will be going to a different mill which isn't charging their customers for every little thing and hopefully has a little better customer relations person.

Hope the owner sees before to long the reason why people are leaving...

Called to find out if they sale capshield for dogs and girl comes back and tells me they sale capstar, not the same capstar works for 24 hours for fleas capshield works monthly. Told her their is a difference in them and I want capshield they don't sale it was what I was to felt like I got brushed off because she was kind of rude and acted as though I asked her to preform a miracle to go see if they had it. Will not be giving that place my money I will go to Stilesville. 0 stars...
