Update 4/1/2022 - Rating to remain the same. Was told to call the 800 customer service number to get this issue resolved. Woman on the phone was extremely rude and would not help with this phone number issue. Refused to let my husband speak with a manager. We get repeated phone calls daily from different people looking for the same individual - bill collectors - AGAIN NOT SPAM. Endeavor - you need to fix this and work on customer service. Options given were 'screen calls' or change for a fee. Finally spoke with a 'manager - Stacie' who agreed to change the phone number for a fee and then asked if we would change this review and hung up.
Early March 2022 - If I could give less than 1 star I would. We have 2 accounts with Endeavor. One account is older - no issues with that one. 2nd account is newer and the phone number they assigned that account apparently belonged to someone who did not pay their bills. We get repeated calls multiple times a day from bill collectors looking for a specific individual. Have called Endeavor at least twice and both times the woman on the phone said 'well everyone gets spam calls - just register on the Do Not Call List' and wanted to charge us to change the number. Which I did within 2-3 days of getting the new account. Didn't change the amount of calls we get looking for the SAME PERSON daily.    Read moreEDIT** Terry handled this ticket first thing this morning and called to let me know it should be back to normal. Once I got home our speed was back up and I called to let her know. The smart hub app it’s the easiest and fastest way to get issues solved and recommend it. I also commend Terry for making sure she touched base with me about the issue we had and the actions she took to fix it in such a timely manner. We’ve only had the 1 GB internet service for about a month and after many speed tests it only ever topped out at around 300 Mbps on the 5G and only around 80 Mbps on the regular one. Currently, and more often than not, it’s either around 75-80Mbps on 5G and 8 Mbps on regular OR it’s completely not working. No devices can connect and it’s just out. We only have one TV and we can’t game online, watch streaming services, or use our desktop computer with the WiFi. It’s more frustrating when the kids need to do school work on their chrome books and can’t connect. I turned in a problem ticket and here’s to hoping we can see anywhere near the speed...
   Read moreI could not be happier with the service and support we receive through Endeavor Communications. We did not have access to high-speed internet before they came to our area in 2020. Since that time, our ability to work and go to school remotely has been lifechanging. The streaming has also saved us money, and we have so many more choices of what to watch than we once did. The speed and convenience of their service are wonderful, but I am also extremely happy with their customer service. I have only had a couple of interactions with Endeavor employees, but each time I do, I have received exceptional customer service. The person who installed our system was efficient, courteous, and patient. He even helped us get set up with a mesh system to help extend service throughout our home. The people I have talked to on the phone have been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. In many industries, good customer service is harder and harder to come by these days.
