Advance Swimming Pools is unprofessional. We had called to get an estimate just recently. The Guy who showed up made a rude comment to my brother. Then he went along to take pictures and look at the pool. Now its time for an estimate. Told my brother he will be in his vehicle to write it up. We went and got my mother who wanted to speak to him about the estimate (cause she will be paying). Mind you my mom is disabled, uses a walker. Can't stand for too long either. Now 10min go by, my sister-in-law went to check on the pool man. Well, he wasn't there..no vehicle, no pool man and no estimate for sure. Wow, so unprofessional. Don't understand his reason, but he just shouldn't of left us thinking he was parked out front. My mom still waiting out front. Yeah...Thumbs down No...
