awful experience with tux rentals. my partner couldn’t give his measurements over the phone, so he had to go for “15 min” (ended up there for over an hour). even though every groomsmen got measured each person still had something that didn’t fit. was told “that’s how it’s suppose to feel. it’s slim fit, pal” these 25-30 yr. old men still know how their clothes SHOULD fit. regardless of style. some had to squeeze into pants that were too tight for hours, some jackets couldn’t even be buttoned closed, and some were entirely TOO large. the wife-to-be referred to the large clothing as “hammer time” pants, it was that bad. there was even COLOR mishaps that had to be sorted out with the suits. day of the wedding, we realized ONE of the groomsmen even had a mismatched tie from the rest of the party! we were told for $200 everything would be included, even shoes. they were not. even though the woman from my partner’s first visit asked his shoe size! for this price we would’ve happily made the drive to chattanooga for less of a hassle. instead of making the groom/bride the main contact they had told one of the groomsmen (not even the best man) that someone needed to be the designated person to bring back all the clothing at once. i guess so it’s less of a hassle for them, but it doesn’t negate what we’ve hassled through. and while this isn’t anything to do with tuxes, it really gave me the ick that they had valentine stuffed animal arrangements and balloons shoved and thrown all over the bathroom floor. i know there’s worse problems and it might be silly, but that’s so gross to me! i’d be upset to hear my child received a toilet water splashed elephant delivered...

The pharmacy tech lacked the knowledge to answer my question, and she treated me like I was stupid. The pharmacist here is fabulous however, and he answered all my questions quickly.
