We are new to Florida and we wanted to have a great experience for our first 4th of July. We tried a competitor down the street and had a horrible time with the staff. Then we made our way to Phantom and that’s were we hit the mother load! Not only did we meet the best staff but they treated us like they cared. Sarah is amazing!!! Omg a breath of fresh air. I drove a hour away to get fireworks for the 4th of July And was not disappointed. My husband had called prior to me coming and gave me a list. I had to bring my 11 month son with me and I couldn’t push the stroller and a cart. She went and got a cart I gave her a list and she put everything into the cart even helped me get everything into the car. Customer service was amazing she didn’t have to do all that but she did. My husband and I go BIG for the 4th every year. For the last 6 years we have been coming to phantom and they have always been great and have awesome deals. We went this past Thursday and it was empty (which was nice because we had our 2 month old with us) and Tyler, the manager, went around with us the whole time and helped us pick out fireworks worth the money and helped my husband with the carts since I had the baby.
