It is my pleasure to award a 5 star rating to Haskell Furniture and Flooring in Cody Wyoming. After our global 2 year pandemic of 2019-2021, I felt it very important to shop for my flooring remodel locally. I chose Haskells in Cody and was introduced to their flooring specialist, Kim Scheid. She was kind and attentive to my design ideas. After choosing a LVT product, we continued with the flooring plan. The new floor was installed in an amazingly short wait time. Due to a mishap with the flooring installers, we were needing to order additional LVT tiles. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic effects, Congoleum factories had unexpectedly closed. I then chose a different flooring which was to cost approximately $1,000.00 more than the original product. Kim generously offered to split the cost difference at that time. Fast forward to my newly installed flooring…. The original LVT tiles were removed and the new flooring was installed. This was a professional and honorable move on Haskells part. I spoke with Kim recently and she waived splitting the increase in cost. The extra cost will be paid by Haskells. They backed their service and product beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Breanna and Juliet at Haskell’s Furniture and Flooring. We have been Haskell’s customers for a while. We purchased a lovely, quality entertainment center and we also bought new carpet for our townhouse before we sold it. The purchase process was smooth and the carpet installation was impeccable. Most recently we bought new living room furniture and a few months after we had our electric reclining sofa it started to make a clunking sound when we used it. We stopped into the showroom and they scheduled an appointment to have someone come and take a look. It turns out it wasn’t assembled correctly. They ordered replacement mechanisms but unfortunately, manufacturing delays held up the replacement parts. Rather than make us wait any longer for the repairs they let us reselect and exchange our piece. The delivery team was also great. Prompt and polite! We are thrilled with our new sofa and we are so thankful we chose to shop local. We never would have received this kind of top notch neighborly service if we had purchased...

If you're thinking about buying furniture this is definitely the place to do it! I moved to Cody from Casper and had a sofa that ended up having the inside frame break loose on one of the seats.

Now my understanding is it was under warranty for parts, but no for labor. And if I had bought the sofa from Haskell they would have covered the labor portion. But I didn't have the chance to buy from them since I just moved here and had bought it locally in Casper.

Pfft, that didn't matter they took care of me anyway and covered the labor in the repair for me! And it was ready like the same day I dropped it off.

I can promise you this the next time I need any type of furniture in the future. First stop is Haskell Furniture & Flooring, if they'll take care of customers like me with this type of service you can bet I'd want to be one of THEIR customers!
