I was really excited about this place opening but my first encounter in the store was today and customer service obviously isn't a priority of the employees working. I was first in line, behind a woman who was checking out, and waited somewhere around 15 minutes before I was helped. It is worth noting that she didnāt have very many items. I saw a number of employees milling about including the cashier who, although at his station, seemed to prioritize getting caught up with his peers over doing his job and keeping the line moving. No sense of urgency. I've worked in the service industry for years, both as a subordinate and as a manager. I understand some bad reviews are nonsense from people who are angry and have nothing better to do. This isn't one of those. I almost left without spending any money because I waited so long. Ownership needs to ensure they have the right management in this place and that employees are doing their jobs and doing them even at least at a mediocre level or this place will fail. And in my heart of hearts, I hope that...

After 25 minutes, three registers, and two employees trying to fix the issue, we were told the boots were ringing up at $0 and couldnāt be sold. The shift lead assured us theyād be held for three days so we could return and purchase them.
When I went back Wednesday, I was told the boots still couldnāt be sold due to a system issue. The supervisor refused to offer a solution, saying a manual price entry would "mess up inventory." Instead, I was offered an unspecified discount on a future purchase with no real accountability. No gift card, no real effort to make it right.
I expected better customer service and problem-solving from a new store. This experience left me frustrated and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really enjoy shopping at Sierra, especially for the great deals, but the Coeur d'Alene location could definitely use some attention. The store feels a bit disorganized, and it's tough to find what you're looking for.
Compared to the Spokane Valley location, which is much more put together and easier to navigate, this store could benefit from some stronger organization and oversight. With a bit of cleanup and better layout, it could be a much better...
