I am giving five guy hamburger a five star rating because of their absolutely amazing hospitality it was over 90 degree very hot weather in cda idaho and I was getting close to having a heat stroke when I stop in to seek shelter in the AC from the heat and some of their employees notice that I was having trouble and brought me some ice water and let me stay as long as I needed to cool down I manage to get a ride home from there and I told my son what happened and this is his messaged to the employees who helped me." The best Five Guys I've ever visited. I've been a customer in multiple states for over 15 years and this location is getting everything right.

If you're a Five Guys fan, you no longer need to cross the state line to get your fix. This location is huge, clean, full of very helpful staff and fun to visit.

The efficiency on display is remarkable, even beating out another burger chain famous for its efficient workflow and staff.

If cleanliness is a concern of paramount importance, this location is perfect for you.

They managed to make my non standard cheese 'veggie' sandwiches without getting a scrap of meat on them nor even the faint hint of bacon or other meat grease on the buns, something even other Five Guys locations struggle to pull off.

Well, usually I love 5 guys, and I'm glad that we have one in coeur d'lane. Now accept I'm going in there was trash all over the floor and the music was so loud. It sounded like a nightclub, so you practically had to shout in orders to get your order in and then they was yelling out the numbers. For you to pick up your food and unfortunately, I was sitting there listening, trying to hear them, but he couldn't with the music. And my food had been setting, probably 10 minutes, and finally, I got up to see what was taking so long, and they had it up. And there, and it wasn't just me having this problem, a lot of people was complaining about the rope.
