Remember they are disabled and unable to read, one client accidentally took the wrong cup for a sample. The owner yelled at my client for doing that and then proceeded to slam down the correct sample cups. I tried to get a card to be able to bring it back to my work, the owner physically ripped the cards out of my hands and yelled at me about not coming back. When I called to complain, she proceeded to yell at me that she didn’t care that they were disabled and doesn’t care if we come back. Extremely poor taste and has no idea how to treat disabled people or any customer for that matter. Will not ever go back to this place again! I've had a lot of froyo over the years and this is the first place I would call truly terrible. I didn't think you could mess up froyo. Everything about the place had red flags...it was run down and dirty looking, half the flavors weren't working, and the quality of the toppings looked really suspicious - everything just looked kind of old. But we were already there and my kids were excited, so we figured we'd give it a try, because how bad could it be? Turns out really, really bad. I wish we had read reviews before going. We all got a bite in and immediately stopped eating. Not only was it completely disgusting, it also just didn't taste right. Even my kids stopped eating and threw theirs away. We will definitely not be back and would like to warn others to spare them having to experience this place...

Mold in the chocolate syrup. Last week I visited this shop. I was trying to get some of the Ghirardelli chocolate syrup and it wasn’t coming out. The employee suggested that she would take the pump out and just pour it on for me, but when she lifted the pump out right in front of me there was mold all over it! There was two other flavors there and I wonder if they have mold in them too? I doubt that they have been paying attention to the expiration dates. Suffice it to say, I won’t be eating here...
