We had such a great experience! The employees were friendly and helpful but not overbearing and didn't pressure you into buying anything. They had a very wide selection of unique teas and spices as well as different kinds of flavored sugar. They had some various cups and tea accessories, this would be an excellent place to get gifts! There was a sample of delicious cookies and iced tea. You can also order any tea made for you either hot or iced. There is jars of each kind of tea that you can open to smell which is really great. I have tried a LOT of different brands of tea and have been a hard-core tea drinker for years and this is some of the best tea I've had. I enjoy going to this place. Ashlee and Annie are so knowledgeable on all the products. Ashlee recommended a spice blend to us we hadn’t purchase before. We used that blend the next day and loved it! Some might think it’s expensive, but if you cook, you know you want quality and good tasting products. You will find an abundance of that here! My husband and I went in on Black Friday. We spoke with a new employee (Devon) and he seem to really know his spices. He was also making sure the teas, spices, etc were all stocked. He sure was hustling, but never hesitated to answer...

My experience at the Spice and tea exchange in Riverstone, Coeur d’Alene Idaho is always great. When you walk in someone is always there to greet you and take you on a little tour to show you the fantastic spices they have. From spices around the globe to Salt blocks and all their gourmet salts to wonderful blend of teas. If their is a particular spice you need try this place first.
