I ordered some flowers for my Aunts funeral service and was told I would have a Beautiful Memorial bouquet made of white flowers with a cross. I was told it would be delivered the day I ordered them after 4pm to insure they would be fresh. I phoned the friend they were being sent to in care of my Aunt around 7pm to see that they were delivered. They were not. So I phoned Green Acres Florist the next morning to find out what happened, The person I spoke to was very apologetic and said she was leaving to deliver them immediately. When I got the message from the friend they were delivered to I was sent a picture of a spring bouquet not what I had ordered. I again phoned Green Acres Florist and spoke to the owner She again apologized and said their flowers were delivered late. I said I understand these things happen but The wrong flowers were delivered and delivered a day late. She said I hadn’t been charged and hung up on me.Very rude. A week later I was charged for these wrong, late flowers! This seems a bit shady. Be careful not to trust you will get what you order delivered on the right day!
