Past 2 times we’ve been here staff were nothing but rude. The younger kids working were nice but the older woman running the front is an absolute joke to talk to. Brought my sister in a few months ago to skate and we were immediately given attitude by the woman. Then my mother booked a birthday for my sister and it was a horrible experience for her. The same woman was incredibly rude and gave attitude the whole time. My mother was told that she couldn’t bring in the pizza for the party even though she looked on the Facebook page and there was nothing there to say it wasn’t allowed. Read moreBecause of the low relatively low turn around, their rental skates are in a pretty good shape. (Compare and contrast with Tulsa where everything is old and worn out). The place is clean, full but not overcrowded, the public sessions are long enough to enjoy the experience. The staff is friendly. However, they don't carry insurance for inline skates, and I am an inline skater, so is my daughter, and I prefer to use my own skates. This is why I am giving them only 4 stars. Also they would be much safer if they focus on renting to the skaters helmets since most beginner skaters fall on their back and can get a pretty severe intracranial damage.
