The first thing I noticed is that the meat quality is so much better than what you get at the supermarket.

With all of the inflation going on in the supermarket, the prices overall aren't that much different. But the main difference is that we eat a lot less when we buy fresh beef. I don't know if it's just more nutritious or why, but I just get full a lot faster when I get my meat here.

But the huge difference is in the taste. The meat has so much flavor that when we smoked a brisket for a recent event, 3 people cried and one vegan started...

So glad I finally tried this place! My family had heard from neighbors that their meat was amazing, so I went a couple weeks ago and got the Del Monaco steak, recommended by the staff.
