1st experience with this establishment. Excellent service, great prices and awesome delivery people. Got just the recliner I wanted at the price I wanted. Delivery guys were great! Highest recommendation. It's now 3.5 months later, and I must edit this review. 2 weeks after delivery of my chair, both main rocker springs broke. I contacted the store and they were surprised, telling me they never had that happen before, but they replaced the springs for free as there is a 1 year warranty on them. Approximately 3 weeks after the new springs were installed, another one broke. Then 2 weeks after that the other one broke. I then notified the store and they were not nice about it, saying I must be abusing it, the warranty only covers 1 repair and other BS. They did however, begrudgingly, replace the springs a second time. That was in early December, and here it is January 20th and yet another spring has broken. I will not seek to have them replaced again as I have now no confidence in either the product, the manufacturer (Home Stretch furniture) or the retailer. So I hereby retract my original review and give them 0 stars. I will go back to tried and true La-Z-Boy when I replace this...

Drove by this place on the way to a different store, then circled back and came here. So glad I did, they had a sectional on display I had been looking for. It's so nice to see and sit on furniture in person, instead of buying online where colors and comfort vary greatly when it comes to furniture. The service was excellent by Carrie (sp?) they gave me a great price, furniture came in within about 1 week, they worked with me on a delivery date/time which was quick, professional and FREE, and I live about 40 minutes away! Some furniture store delivery fees are ridiculous. It was also nice that I paid a little extra to have my old furniture removed, so we didn't have to struggle with moving large pieces of furniture and not knowing what to do with it. If your looking for quality furniture at a great price, this is your place. Friendly staff, they went above and beyond. Sheets are the best I’ve ever slept on. They have a location in Sturgis also. Delivery took no time at all. I looked for months for a good mattress without spending a lot and they succeed by far. Here’s where the deals at. Save yourself some time at other stores and stop by. I looked at so many stores with no luck. I was beginning to give up, when I stopped by and BAM! Match made in heaven. I got my dream bed, mattress cover and some amazing sheets all under my budget.
