The worst service and experience my family and I have ever had at Coldwater Vision. Stephanie's service and not respecting customers' privacy will destroy a business. If I'm standing in front of you, it’s no reason to yell out my address and DOB so everyone in the lobby can hear. Stephanie was so RUDE to my family and me. For example, why did she get mad because we asked what we were paying for? She did go on to say we had to pay them for the following: $10 co-pay, $10 for material, $25 for scans, $65 for contacts, and $35 for poly. Also, before I could get home, Stephanie called me saying, "You owe $10 more on your contacts because I didn't charge you enough." So again I asked why $10 more, and she hung up in my face. I called back and asked to speak to her, and I canceled everything: my frames and contacts order. Also, the senior citizen lady who helps you pick out your frames smelled like she had smoked a whole box of cigarettes, to the point it made it very uncomfortable for my family and me to...

I shopped around and then chose Coldwater Vision. I was quoted $85 for the eye exam and contact prescription. I verified the price before making an appointment. They gave me a bill for $150 (not $85) after the appointment. They charged an extra $65 for the contact prescription. The Dr. wanted to give me a prescription for glasses also "incase you have an eye infection and can't wear contacts." Good thing I didn't go for that!! The prescription is for a specific brand of contact that they sell but is uncomfortable for me. They wouldn't give a prescription for Acuvue. Wal-Mart gives a prescription for your eyes and allows you to buy whatever brand you want. The staff were friendly until they just about doubled what I was quoted. It seemed like they're sells-men more than Doctors. I won't go there again!!! This is an example of supporting local businesses then realizing Wal-Mart not only beats them in price but is honest about the TOTAL...

The office is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are all super sweet and Dr. Taylor was very attentive and helpful. He patiently described everything to me and answered all my questions. I had to get a new pair of glasses, and they were ready the day after my appointment -- I have never received a new pair of glasses so quickly prior to coming here; it normally takes about a week to get them back at other eye doctors, in my experience. My glasses were perfectly adjusted on the first attempt and they're super comfy and stylish. They have a great selection of reasonably priced frames. I am very impressed by Coldwater Vision Center and their exceptional service. I will definitely be a regular patient from this...
