So one of my little ones was injured before we even got in. His foot was hit by the door suddenly opening almost tearing off his big toes nail. (He's 2) I gave him to daddy and ran to get someone with a first aid kit. A lovely woman came and cleaned him off and bandaged him well, with amazing bedside manner toward my screaming and hysterical toddler. Because he had an open wound she offered to credit our account to come another day of our choosing which was great. I appreciate that she offered that without us even asking first. I'm sure the lawyers would be happy, but it made for a really unrelaxing experience. I even found them yelling about non-issues because the guards are in such a mode of yelling at people. We belong to another pool and there is like 1 whistle to every 1000 that they do and that's no joke. Maybe a review of all their rules and then developing a video for patrons to watch online when their purchasing a ticket would help with reasonable risk mitigation and creating alignment...
