The Mommy Shoppe — Local services in College Township

I absolutely love The Mommy Shoppe! My best friend recommended that I needed to check this out as it's close to where she lives. The volunteers there are so nice and helpful, they explain how everything works. You check in at the checkout area if you scheduled an appointment for your free bag shopping and then grab a basket. Otherwise it's garage sale prices. It's so nice to be able to get clothes for the kids that are gently used. There's always an assortment mix of summer and winter clothes as they have a huge volume coming in and are ran by volunteers. Each time I go there's always new clothing assortments restocked. Excelent initiative! You can donate what you don't need and make a monthly appointment to get free items for kids - no questions asked! You can also purchase items at a very low cost - lower than any garage cells. There's great finds since most items are sourced from other local families and there's stuff for every season. Sometimes certain sizes have low stocks due to demand but there's always something. They also offer free toys and books.
