This is a very nice little Park with something for families, tennis players, softball players, fishermen and dog walkers.
Unlike the situation in some parks where dog owners seem to feel that the place is their personal property where they need to neither leash their dogs nor clean up after them, I've generally found pet owners in this particular Park to be for the most part conscientious and observant of other people's space.
I don't know what the policy is for reserving a pavilion but a lot of people seem to take advantage of this availability, and again everybody I've seen here in the last couple of years has been extremely observant of others.

Read moreI visited this park yesterday under the impression that it was a dog park, since it came up on Google maps when I searched for 'dog park' - maybe because one reviewer here mentioned walking the dog off-leash. There is no fenced-in area and there are no signs indicating leashes are required or not required - no signs. The park is pretty spacious but bounded by roads and properties.
