The people at Collins Appliance were cordial and easy to get along with as we went in and picked out our appliances. We had to initiate a service call because of something we had done erroneously to our ice maker. They came and graciously took care of our issue within two weeks. Due to recent two major tornadoes in the area, timeline of service was adversely affected, or it probably would have been sooner. The service man was very knowledgeable and willingly taught us how to do a few things in the operation of our refrigerator and freezer.
