I regularly attend restorative yoga, and it is truly a hidden jewel for relieving stress and training your mind to live in peace and gratitude. Physically, it has lowered my blood pressure, improved my sleep and given me tools to handle stress and stay grounded. The T-Shape body contouring is amazing and worth every penny! Their infrared sauna, Neuro-reset and skincare products are additional tools for physical, mental and anti-aging benefits. The staff is both the foundation and the icing on the cake at Healing house and the Barefooted Hippie coffee shop. I promise, the moment you walk in their door, you become family.
