I placed an order with Mayders & Tayders LLC a week in advance for five bags of live crawfish for a party, knowing we were nearing the end of crawfish season. From the very beginning, their service was professional and incredibly helpful over the phone.

The night before my scheduled pickup, they called to let me know that their incoming crawfish delivery had been cut back. I really appreciated them reaching out ahead of time to confirm that I still wanted my five bags—such a thoughtful and responsible touch that shows they care about their customers.

When I arrived, the staff was so sweet and accommodating. They offered great tips on how to keep the crawfish alive during our over-hour-long drive, which helped so much. They also went above and beyond to help load the crawfish and even assisted with getting ice into our coolers.

Inside, the checkout process was smooth. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous, and they had a great deal going on for live bags! The whole experience felt homey and welcoming, and it’s clear this place is run by people who genuinely care about both their product and their customers.

Went in the store to support since they are around the corner from our house. First impression of the place was it was full of homemade treats that we were anxious to try. They had a freezer for frozen beans that didn't have a price. My husband asked the lady who was "pretending" to clean up the price and she told him with an attitude. We were the only ones in the store so we figured she was tired. After getting a few more prices that felt like pulling teeth to get we decided to leave because we were not going to support with horrible customer service. Upon leaving another customer came in and the lady bent over backwards to welcome and assist and that is when we realized you have to be a certain group of people to shop at this store. FIVE STAR CRAWFISH WHEN IN SEASON. Two star service. I go an hour out of my way to go through Seminary during crawfish season to get some because it's that good. However, the service there has always been lacking. Whoever has been there has always been inattentive, indifferent, or flat out rude. I will keep going back for the crawfish, however.
