I’ve always had great service at this store until today. Grabbed a Dewalt drill marked at $179.99. Took to the checkout and it rang up at $260. I showed her the bright yellow price tag on the box showing $179. “Sorry our prices changed.” She scanned again and this time it came up as $230. Still a substantial increase from the marked price. She again stated prices were changing and shrugged. Posted price should have been honored as every single drill was marked at that price. BAS has an amazing selection for the size of building they are housed in. I have found many items I didn't think they would carry. Selections range from building supplies (and yes, they can order in pretty much anything you need to build a house with), paint, outdoor supplies to items for the home. The people who work here are very unprofessional. Very poor customer service. The people who work there need to all go through a training on how to treat customers no matter who they are with respect. Out right laughing at a customer and saying negative things about them just loud enough from them to hear is just a sample of how the employees here treat customers.
