We used them for our Son's party.... Great Company, great jumpers, Fair prices, would/will use them again. A word of caution....DO NOT MAKE SIDE DEALS WITH THE DRIVER!! (Due to questionable weather and wind, I asked them to bring an indoor jumper on the truck, just in case (so we could make the decision last minute.) They were more than happy to accommodate us and did bring the 2nd jumper with less than 24 hours notice.... when the driver arrived, I worked out a cash deal to have both jumpers, in case I needed to shut down the outdoor jumper due to wind (our party was for about 20 kids and I didn't want to get caught with nothing for them to do)..... To make a long story short, we (the driver and I) got caught and I am now on the hook for the cost of the indoor jumper aswell!! (And the driver had to return my cash from our deal...and is probably being severely reprimanded!) To be clear, I have no ill-will against Big Air jumpers..... I made a side deal, without manager approval (which they very well may have negotiated to, given the chance??.... they were wonderful to work with and their customer service is excellent), and it went bad.... i know better, it is always best to be Honest!!!! That being said, I truly hope that my delivery driver is NOT fired for making the deal.... he was a very nice guy and was just trying to help me out and make my party as good as it could be.... but I admit, we should have done it the right way!!!
Overall, was a great experience, but an expensive one given my bad decision to try and work a deal without manager...
Read moreIn February, our family rented a bouncy house from Big Air Jumpers for our son’s birthday party. When the party was over, we decided to spot clean the bouncy house with a vacuum because some of the grass from the lawn had made it inside. While we were cleaning, the vacuum caused 3 small wear spots, and we immediately stopped cleaning. We told the driver about it, and thought for sure we would be responsible for patching the bouncy house, nothing more. (Patching the bouncy house cost approx. $100.) Sadly, that’s not what happened.
According to Big Air Jumpers, the bouncy house was no longer rentable. Per the contract we signed when they dropped off the unit, we were liable for $2,000.00 (up to $4,000.00) to replace the bouncy house. I literally cried when I read their email. Our family does not have money like that laying around, and realizing that we were liable to Big Air Jumpers for such a large amount was heartbreaking.
Four days after receiving their initial email about the damage, we paid Big Air Jumpers $2,000.00 to replace the bouncy house. We essentially bought Big Air Jumpers a new bouncy house, and they gave us the old one. We now own a bouncy house that we never wanted. This whole experience has been so negative, not to mention a huge financial hardship on our family. And sadly, if this happened to us, it can happen to...
Read moreWe rented a standard sized bouncy house for my 3-year-old son's birthday party. I reserved the inflatable online about a week and a half before the party. I received a prompt confirmation email with an attached invoice and a photo of the inflatable I had requested. The day of the party, the bouncy house was delivered early (which my son was thrilled about) and picked up very promptly. My husband said the delivery tech was super nice and he gave us his personal cell phone in case anything went wrong during the party. Overall, we had a great experience with Big Air Jumpers and would highly recommend...
