Starbucks — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I know this is a new location, but very disappointing service. I ordered at 9:18, and I finally got my drink at 9:38. The app told me it should be ready in 3-6 minutes. I ended up having to ask 15 minutes later, when the app said my drink was ready, and the baristas hadn’t even started on it. They then proceeded to fill my cup with way more ice than any other location ever puts in. Very disappointing.

Every single time I order my drink they write “oh boy” on the cup. It’s not a drink on the menu because l add my medication so I want there to be a little extra room and a little syrup. I don’t know why they need to be passive aggressive. I still paid $5… it’s not like I’m getting some huge deal. I would rather them just not write on...

First time here since it opened, and I have to say the experience was like no other. The staff was very friendly, the food and coffee were amazing and the atmosphere was perfect! I went here to meet a few people for a small meeting, and the place was very accommodating for what needed to be accomplished.
