Gil's Furniture and Mattress Store — Local services in Columbia Falls

I absolutely love Gil's and keep going back for all of my furniture needs. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful from the sales people to delivery people - without trying to push and "sell" you on things. The selection is curated so nicely, it's very hard to decide what to buy because it's all so good. If you're lucky, you'll get to see the resident pups running around which is always a treat. 😁

I've purchased a dining table, coffee table, bar and bar stool set, as well as the accompanying hutch and cabinet combo... That's not all. I've ALSO purchased a custom couch that was delivered today and it's even better than I thought it would be. Everything is such high quality, built to last, beautiful, and priced so well.

I've been to other furniture stores in the area and absolutely did not receive the high level of service (or any for that matter) that I've received at Gil's. Craig is so communicative, answered my questions, emails and calls. Called to check in and provide updates on delivery dates and followed up after each delivery to make sure I was happy with my purchases.

The delivery men (I'm so sorry I don't have their names) but they have been the sweetest, most professional guys. They have handled everything with utmost care, ensured each piece of furniture was in good condition with no scratches, and navigated tight spaces and odd steps with ease. They even placed and fluffed my couch cushions before leaving!

I cannot gush or recommend Gil's more. I'm SURE I'll be back for more, I just can't...

In January I was visiting my mom and stepdad who live in Bigfork. It would be my last visit with my stepdad as he was losing his battle with cancer. We went to Gil’s in search of a bed that would accommodate his needs and allow for my mom to be next to him. We settled on a beautiful split King with adjustable base and all the necessary bedding to go with it. The hard part was we needed it ASAP. Craig made it happen for us. They delivered the bed within 24 hours and my stepdad was able to rest comfortably and spend his last night next to my mom in their own bed. It meant the world to us as a family and even more to my mom. It was the first time he seemed at peace. We will never be able to thank a Craig and the guys who delivered the bed enough. Everyone was so kind. They even made another trip back to pick up the old bed as we weren’t ready to have it taken at the time of delivery. Absolutely outstanding customer service.
