Update: I dropped my star rating because my paperwork was messed up. Apparently Belinda quoted me incorrectly at the time of purchase, so at check out time my 5 year warranty was conveniently left off (I wonder now if it was deliberately done since I was under quoted) I called for delivery 4 weeks later and was informed that they "meant" to call me because I had an outstanding bill for $105 for the warranty. There was no offer to fix their mistake and I don't get the warranty which was one of the reasons I chose their table rather than the ones I looked at at Ashley and Slumberland. I doubt I'll be back.
Update 2.0: I dropped my rating again after my recent transaction regarding the table. I received a the table on 11/28/18, in my excitement I didn't properly inspect it, however I called the Friday after to report damage on all 6 pieces. Some minor, some more noticeable. They were too busy to deal with me on Black Friday (understandable) but called me back a day or so later. They informed me that they had ordered 3 of the tables to have in stock since it was selling well and they would ear mark one for me. It would take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Fast forward to 12/28/18, I get a VM from Bill that states my delivery time is between 12:30-2:30. I was out of town, however, drove in especially so I would not miss the delivery. At 2:45 I called to check on the delivery and left a with an associate.
Called back on 1/2/19 because my call was not returned. I was informed that the delivery men tried stopping by and calling several times to deliver. I checked my call log while on the phone with them and informed them that I only missed one call at 11:20 that day (I don't answer unknown numbers and especially not while driving) and no message was left. And I was home from 11:45 to 3:30 and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. I'm assuming if they did it was at 11:20 which was an hour before my delivery window.
The suggestion was to deliver the following Tuesday, but I'm not willing to take off work because they screwed up. The next delivery time that worked for both of us was today, 1/19/19, I did not receive a call yesterday with my delivery window so I called this morning and spoke with an associate that (accidentally hung up on me) the store manager Bill did call me back and they had no record of my delivery scheduled today. I let Bill know how very unhappy I was with their level of customer service and he assured me that he would call me next Friday to let me know the delivery time on 1/26/19. Stay tuned...
Update 3.0: On Friday 1/25/19 Bill left a VM that the table delivery is set for 1:30-3:30 on Saturday and to please give him a call back because he has some news. I returned his call and he informed me that they went ahead and paid for the warranty that was left off in October. The one that the previous manager told me wasn't going to happen unless I paid the extra $100. I thanked him for making the error right.
The next day, I received a call from the delivery men that they were ahead of schedule so they showed up, however, in the records were incorrect and showed that I only had two chairs, table and a bench rather than four chairs, table and a bench. They had two chairs on the delivery truck. They offered to let me keep two of the damaged ones until replacements came in. While they were setting up the new table, Bill called and asked if he could bring over 2 chairs from the furniture shop to make up for the error. He showed up in his personal vehicle and delivered two replacement chairs. I now have a complete table that I am happy with and Bill make great strides in restoring my confidence in their company. I may return in the future when this frustrating experience is not as fresh.
Update 4.0. Called Bill on 2/18/19 about my warranty, stated that he would check on it, it should have been completed and if not he would personally drop it in my mailbox.

Update 7/2: So frustrated at this point. New love seat was delivered 6/14. While sitting on it on 6/15-6/17 I realized it was doing the SAME thing the original love seat was doing. Called the store and had Paul call customer service to call me (this is the only way I get in contact with customer service). Customer service then called me back a few hours later. The rep I spoke with preceded to ask me what’s going on and I told her. She also asked me if I was a very small person which was not ok for her to ask. If I’m paying $7,000 for furniture a weight limit should not be a problem. She then calls back and asks me to take a video or picture of what is happening. Let’s be realistic, I’m not going to sit around for 4-6 hours waiting for my recliner to malfunction again. Was told I’d hear back the next day … nothing. Called customer service, nothing. Emailed the rep and she responded that she had been talking to her supervisor and would get back with me. I have emailed her twice since 6/20 and called multiple times with no response. I am ABSOLUTELY DONE with this place.
Update: really didn’t want this to be the case but unfortunately our great buying experience has turned into one of the worst purchases we have ever made. Bought a brand new set from them beginning of January, got the floor model because I was having my first baby in a few months and didn’t wanna have to worry about delivery and all that good stuff. Called customer service about a week later due to our love seat recliners not locking and raising us back up without us moving the seat. Had someone come out January 31 and was told it would be 2-3 weeks to get new motors. Time went by and I totally forgot until after having my baby. Fast forward, finally got the motors replaced in May 2. The motor is now doing the same thing. All I can say is WORST customer service ever. NO ONE wants to take responsibility and handle the situation correctly. It’s always “We will call you back” and no one ever does. Do not waste your time on buying from these people.

Read moreService at the store was a little strange. i’m not gonna mention the guy’s name but he looks and acted like he was on drugs.. He told me he could sell me anything off the floor that had a yellow tag but then when I found a dresser, I wanted with a yellow tag he said he couldn’t sell it because he has been getting in trouble lately for selling stuff off the floor. Just seemed a little unprofessional.
And when I Received my couch I had bought, the damn thing showed up with dog hair all over it, which the Driver actually warned me about that he was concerned about. Because if I bought a brand new couch, why would there be dog hair on it? On top of that they sent one of the wrong corner Cushions and yet the lady that the driver called I don’t know. I guess she works in the warehouse or something. She insisted that it was the correct one. I’m not sure if they’re going to make it right or not. Oh, and I hadn’t even been in that house one day And the movers stuffed the paint on my wall somehow with the couch.
