Great shopping experience, generally. Showroom is spacious. Selection is large and impressive. Sales staff was attentive and responsive, and followed COVID protocols. Great prices. Excellent value. The shopping experience was efficient and convenient. I loved that the store called a couple of days before to confirm delivery in a 90 minute window and showed up within that window. Delivery guys were great. Did a nice job with set up and removing all the packaging materials. The only reason my rating is a 4 and not a 5 is that I had to ask the delivery guys to remove their shoes or to wear shoe coverings - which they were happy to comply with, but when your business requires people to invite you into their homes, I believe the customer should not have to request what seems to me to be a basic courtesy. Would I recommend to a friend? yes Will I return? Almost certainly. Will I recommend to Slumberland that as the last and arguably the most important step in the customer experience that they review their delivery protocols? Yep. That too. When I moved and needed some furniture I went to Slumberland, I ended up purchasing SEVERAL PIECES! Probably a lot more than I actually needed. I’ve always worked with Bruce (Garrett). I’ve known him for several years, but was surprised at his knowledge about furniture and the other things I’ve purchased. This last purchase was actually sheets for my bed. I had bought some at a well known store (with a fairly good reputation) about 2-3 years ago and they have already “shredded”! (I paid close to $500 for those sheets and was not very happy, needless to say, I was not going back.) Among the pieces of furniture I’ve purchased, I did buy a bedroom set, and remembered Bruce telling me “WE ALSO CARRY SHEETS!” These sheets appear to be a better quality and COST QUITE A BIT LESS than the ones I bought previously. Bruce told me how to take care of my sheets, washing & drying them. I’ve been doing this for 50+ years and never knew the correct way! I would highly recommend anyone looking for furniture, odds and ends, decorations, bedding, etc, to look at slumberland! I think they’re the best! Thanks...

My familey and I had to replace everything after losing everything in a house fire, and my husband just had a cooking accident a few months later and burnt 85% of his body. so we went to slumberland to get furniture for every room in my house and for my kids, and the sales man new everything we just went through.so we needed them to deliver and put everything together. all the mattresses wore down only after a few month when they dilivered they had so much that was broken that we didn’t get everything the first delivery it took them four deliveries to get us all that we ordered. Some of the the stitching had came out of my couch pillows.some of the damaged Itams they wanted us to call the warranty so they didn’t have to deal with it they also tried to sell some of the mattresses for more in the store then what they were online.dont believe anything the sales people tell you. I feel like they had taken advantage of us.I would never recommend this company to anyone this is the worst furniture store ever. I will never shop...
