I went to Stone Creek today for the first time in awhile and I could not have been happier with my experience here. The person behind the register was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his patience with us while we were making our selections. He also packed our purchased items away perfectly. I really appreciated the care he took with us the glass we bought. I was also blown away by how much amazing stuff was packed in this store as well. They have a great selection of budget friendly items as well as an impressive collection of higher end choices. Don't waste your time or money. I spent 60 dollars on items that never worked. 36 hours after my purchase I tried to get an exchange or a refund with my receipt, and I was told that I had to get service through the manufacturer. The manufacturer is a small Chinese company with no website or phone number listed. After I brought this to their attention they basically said "sorry".

I started going here when I was 16 over 20 years ago. The smell the atmosphere brought back so many memories every visit. My most recent visit destroyed all of that. These two morons behind the counter not the owner or his brother btw, displayed the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Zero knowledge on anything they sold, too stoned to hold a conversation and too worried about pushing their own products. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I feel bad for the owner having to deal with these guys as employees. Thank you for ruining one of the few memories from childhood...
