I would give zero stars if I could!!!

The owner has terrible customer service and no etiquette. I’ve experienced this in the shop itself, but I grossly experienced it during a drop off of funeral flowers.

The owner of this shop thought I was a cleaning lady of the church where she was dropping flowers off to for a funeral. She repeatedly made derogatory, demeaning comments to me - not realizing I was a friend of the family and there to get things in order.

Once she left the church, the other florists (from different shops) apologized on her behalf for the fact that she acted so degrading and unprofessional, gossiping about the family, the church, etc.

I think this is what you get when you deal with country bumpkins. If anyone says they’ve never had an issue with her, good for you. Not my experience at all and would 10/10...

They have a lot of choices but I tried to explain that I needed another palm to go outside my house because I already have one and they said there is no way that I had that palm outside my house it would die if planted outside well its been 8 months and it's still...

Good selection, healthy well-kept plants. Better than anything in Hattiesburg! Will be returning. The owner/manager was very kind and helpful - also knowledgeable about her plants. I came home with 4 new friends and...
