I just purchased a house in Damascus, before I even moved I was regretting the purchase. Even tho was my dream home I felt in pieces when my unfinished basement had so much water coming from the floor 3 sub pumps all on 24/7 and my 1000 sq feet home had a $300 electrical bill before we even moved in. The grass was always saturated of water 4-5 days after rain even if was 98 degrees outside. The sidewalk 3-4 inches of puddles. I was desperate ! 😞 I called 4 different experts in water protection on the outside and they all gave me crazy numbers and most of them gave me 50/50 chance was going to work. Some even said was impossible since my house is lower than all my neighbors and my 1/2 acres back yard was sloppy to the house. Vinnie from GOGREEN came over took pictures of all sides of my house, explained to me the step 1 of the solution that would not break the bank . Sent me a very professional proposal with all 3 D pictures of how my backyard would look after the service. Let me choose all the materials so would match with house and outdoor kitchen. I must say my backyard looks amazing. But i was waiting for the rain . Last 2 days it rained a lot And my basement is dry dry dry 😅 No puddles anywhere on site And all the water is going to the county drain my the rd just the way was supposed to be. I m in love with my house again And cant wait for Moving day. Thanks to GO GREEN TEAM. Also they did all my mulch / flowers bed and a facelift to walkway. Cant wait for our next project together. They promised to seed and cover with straw at in a high run-off no-grass area. They forgot the straw and didn’t cover 2/3rd area with seed - I complained, they came out and fixed. No problem. I emailed asking when Fertilization plan would start and frequency, they said they’d get back to me - never did. They did lawn mow, it was fine - fast and cheap! But I wasn’t overly impressed and was disappointed the grass didn’t grow, due to Covid, I understand communication delays but I was not feeling it - so I elected to cancel. They billed me for services rendered - but it also included bill for Fertilization and 2 lawn cuts. I wrote back explaining I wouldn’t pay those erroneous charges, But I paid the rest.

Then today they actually call me and start blasting ME for not paying for what they never did. Saying they fertilized with initial seeding - really? I had emailed asking and they didn’t tell me that. No note on the door, no proof of it. Nothing. And they start saying “we came out two extra time giving you extra seed that we didn’t charge you for”. Seriously??? You came out ONE extra time, and that was because you Didn’t seed right the first time. And 2nd grass cutting?? I’ve been home on quarantine - you think I don’t know you only came out once.

I’m irate. That’s why I’m posting this review- Completely unprofessional - They are lying!! I’m shocked. Yes, they are low cost, and they cut the grass fine. But this attacking and lying?? Wow. Would...

Spent a small fortune to fix my lawn with zero results. My lawn now officially looks worse than before their so called experts treated it. Asked them to come back and fix it and they told me that it is not their problem if my lawn looks the way it does. Extremely annoying to have this kind of experience.

Editing initial review to respond to the response posted. Why send someone to “evaluate “ the area now to provide appropriate recommendations? Why was this not done as part of the initial evaluation and treatment when you were explicitly hired to help improve the health of the law? Sounds like you blindly seeded and aerated it the first time with the hope that it works without understanding the needs of the lawn. This is not expected from a company that claims to do “quality” work.

Not sure who in their right minds would work with you to pay additional money to retreat my lawn when it is already looking worse than when you initially treated it and you give ABSOLUTELY NO guarantees to your own work as you have already stated to me over the phone and now in your response.
