Would never recommend having a birthday party here, especially the soccer party. There is not AC. We had a birthday party there for my son and it was incredibly hot even in the party room. There were no paper towels or toilet paper in the restroom. When I originally called to set up the party I asked if you could request a certain theme for the party since they supply Plates, Silverware, Napkins, and party decorations. She told me yes and I told her my son wanted a christiano renaldo birthday party so I would like that theme and if they could not do it I would bring in my own decorations but she told me they could. I get there the day of the party and had a christiano renaldo birthday banner, green plates and napkins and a soccer table cloth. None of which matched. Which is ridiculous when you’re paying $400 and the decorations are literally the only thing they supply!!! We ordered our own pizza and brought in our own water and soda! Then when I emailed the owner she makes me out to be a liar telling me her staff offered to move me to a different room that had AC which was a lie! And even with all these issues did not offer a refund of any kind or do anything to accommodate us. Will...
