To the owner: You are in a word of mouth business. Nelson and your team does excellent work. From what I observed they need your help to ensure the schedule is fair and they can reasonably get work done.

They are over committed by whomever owns this company which is unfair to them and the customer.

They do excellent work so focus on reasonable scheduling, being transparent and open with clients about timing. You should hire more help if necessary and your business will thrive.

There are very few workers with Nelson’s skill and character. You can’t train for that, you either have it or you don’t. He has it!
