Not a bad price for everything, but I felt like I wasn’t treated as well as the person I was with. My feet were done in about 5 minutes while my friend getting hers done for like 20 minutes. It Shouldn’t have been that way especially since it was my first time ever getting a manicure. my friend has been there before but it was my first time. Everyone was really nice. Also, I got my nails done, one of my nails was crooked and everyone else didn’t think it was, so I just let it go because it was my first time and I didn’t want to be an annoyance. when I got home I was going to wash my dishes but I did them today and not the day I got my nails done. It has been a day and a half and I already have nails popping off. I am so close to going up there and getting a refund. I feel like they should have at least made me feel like a regular customer so I would go there more. I had a facial and 90 minute massage today. The facial was wonderful, however the massage was the worst I have experienced. No introduction, nor did the therapist ask if I needed to use the restroom, if the pressure or temperature were ok. She also failed to support my feet and knees during the massage as is standard with every other massage I have had in my life. The table was extremely warm and I was uncomfortable. The therapist’s movements were much more procedural than focused on providing a relaxing massage. She didn’t appear to be familiar with A&P, as she didn’t begin her strokes at the beginning of a muscle or complete at the end of the muscle. I was really excited to find a spa down here with good reviews, so I booked a deep tissue massage. Left feeling very disappointed, I don't know if the therapist was new or something but the quality of the massage was not good at all, certainly nothing near "deep tissue". Was hoping to alleviate some of my upper back/shoulder pain with a good massage, and expressed this hope, and then received little to no attention to the upper back and shoulders. I have had quite a few deep tissue massages before moving down here, and this one was leagues below unfortunately.
