Southbound Coffee Co | Cafe & Roastery — Restaurant in Columbus

I was in Columbus when Beans & Cream first opened, so was pleasantly surprised when I recently drove back through and they were still open. I used to go there almost everyday when I lived in the area.

They have now added a drive through and updated the inside. The coffee is still pretty decent for the area of Mississippi it is in. It's not the best coffee I've ever had, but it's pleasant and enjoyable. They don't over sweeten it and it's not bitter.

I do recommend giving them a try if in the area. They used to be my fav out of the 3 coffeeshops that used to be there. I think one of them closed down, but Beans & Cream looks like it's still...

The BEST coffee in town and much cheaper than Starbucks. We usually go out of our way to grab our frozen or blended coffee before we run errands in town.

The ice cream and baked goods are phenomenal! The staff is always friendly and courteous.

They've been putting a ton of work into the decor and it shows. It feels like an old school coffee joint in Seattle; just missing the hipsters.
