I was referred here by my aunt and uncle after I was involved in a hit and run on 6/2. I am 21 years old and this was my first time I’ve ever been in any sort of car accident. Vik the owner answered every single question I had in a very timely manner and with clarity in everything I asked. While the situation with my car was unfortunate, Vik and his team went above and beyond to get my car fixed in a timely manner and to make sure I was taken care of throughout the time my car was being repaired. I am a repeat customer and I wanted my front bumper cover painted and some damage fixed on it, I sent in pictures and received a price of $450, dropped my car off and paid for the bumper to be repainted, when I picked up my car, had dirt in the paint asked if they could buff it out and Viktor started going crazy being rude telling me that I always complain and he told me I could never come back to his shop just because I asked for it to be buffed out, he was supposed to paint my whole bumper and he only painted half my bumper, who would ever pay to have half a bumper repainted I even have text messages asking if you were sure that you could fix the cracks around the parking sensor and you said yes, the parking sensors come painted from the factory so you don't need to paint that. I invited everyone reading this to look around at the car in the parking lot to see how the paint doesn't match on any of the cars that they have worked on. they don't blend paint to match other fenders and when they give you estimates it will be lower because they don't blend.no body shop will blend the paint to the bumper, the insurance companies won't even...
