After finding out it was bad they setup an appointment to drop off a new refrigerator. Works perfectly. Thank you so much. My family and I are so grateful!

Old review: I did Acima buy now pay later option. We brought our appliances home, first refrigerator was bad so we drove it back to them a few days later. Second refrigerator was bad so we called and expected for them to think "well this is the second refrigerator maybe I should go myself to fix". No, the owner, the older man got on the phone and spoke to us like we were crap. My husband stayed calm. The old man yelled and yelled "maybe it's your house!! We are not going, you bring it back!!" And he hung up on us. What kind of customer service is that!? It's been two weeks. We haven't called back. We called Acima but now no one at the appliance store is answering Acima's calls. They don't want to fix it or they don't want us to return the item. So my family and I are living out of one cooler waiting for them to answer Acima so they can make right what they wronged. The younger guy is respectful but the older man is just rude and disrespectful. He speaks to his customers HORRIBLY. We would like to just get the refrigerator fixed or a third one or just cancel the entire order. We literally bought $3,000 worth of appliances and this is how they treat us. That's horrible business and so heartless of them to not care that they do things like this to families. It's just very disappointing. Worst place to shop for appliances, their mission statement is a lie, their customer service is out the window and they don't care how they talk or treat you. I bought a stackable Frigidaire washer and dryer set that I had to pay $50. dollars each for the top and bottom just to cover the warranty because they said it was not one machine. Then to get my appliance home and it leaks all over my floor during the draining process (even though all of their appliance have been tested.. RIGHT!!). What they didn't say was if I picked up my appliance the warranty wouldn't cover it unless I brought it back in and they wont even come to my home to fix it! A lady named Ronda who was clamming to be the owner (even though clearly on the web site it says Ron) was very mean and rude, she said there was no one else who I could speak to get this issue resolved and then was rude enough to hang up on me when I was telling her I'm a mother of six children and I didn't have the means to bring the machine back in. Not to mention they wrote on my receipt a whirlpool and gave me a Frigidaire and know that's the one they want to replace the one that I have with even though it has a smaller bowl and I still would have to come pick that one up and drop the one I have off if I want to get this issue resolved. Met new owner Ali tonight while looking for some refurbished appliances. Ali was friendly and helpful and gave me an excellent deal on a clean and good functioning refrigerator and electric range. They actually had functioning pairs selling for under $500. Ali was very transparent with me about the condition and history of the appliances and refused to sell me the first fridge I inquired about when he realized it wasn't cooling as well as it should. I doubt I would have realized this without him pointing it out. I was very impressed with Ali's honesty and felt very comfortable dealing with him. Many of the fridges have thermometers in them, I presume as part of his testing process. They had a decent selection of both oven ranges and refrigerators, as well as washers and dryers. Being used, many of them had a nick or a ding here or there but nothing you wouldn't expect for a second-hand store. Ali's appliances also come with a 3 month guarantee. Their delivery charge is great too, only $45 for delivery to the west side. I will definitely continue to do business with Ali and highly recommend them for anyone looking for...
